- Shipping region and delivery time
We currently ship from our warehouse in Estonia, covering most countries around the world (except for sensitive areas).
Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (customized items or promotional periods may be extended). The specific delivery time depends on the inventory status and the arrangement of the logistics partner.
You will receive an email notification containing the logistics tracking number. You can track your package through the official website or the carrier’s official website. - Transportation costs
The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the destination and the weight/volume of the product. The final amount is displayed on the checkout page.
Within Estonia: Fixed shipping fee of 5 euros
Eu region: Standard shipping fee is 10 euros, and the estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 days.
Other international regions: Costs and delivery times vary by country. Customs clearance may incur additional taxes (to be borne by the buyer). - Delay and out-of-stock handling
If your order is delayed for more than 30 days due to out-of-stock, we will notify you by email (contact lubricwantacy@hdsastool.com) and offer options such as exchange, refund or continue to wait.
Delays caused by force majeure (such as weather or strikes) will not be compensated, but assistance will be provided in tracking. - Returns and Damages
Please check the outer box upon receipt. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please provide photo evidence to the above email within 48 hours after signing for the goods. We will resend or refund them free of charge.
For returns not due to quality issues, the buyer is required to bear the return shipping cost, and the goods must remain unopened (for details, please refer to the “Return Policy”). - Contact us
