Refund / Return Policy

  1. Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to considerations of product customization, hygiene and safety, all sold chair items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund (including but not limited to transportation damage, color/size errors, etc.).
  2. Liability exemption clause
    Inspection obligation: It is recommended that you check the integrity of the goods on the spot when signing for them. If any damage is found during transportation, please refuse to accept them and contact customer service immediately (email: lubricwantacy@hdsastool.com), and provide photo/video evidence. We will assist in claiming compensation from the logistics party.
    Exception for customized products: If the chair you order includes personalized engraving, special dimensions and other customized services, it is deemed by default that you have confirmed your irrevocable request.
  3. Quality issue handling
    If the product has non-human-induced manufacturing defects under normal use, please provide a test report or valid proof within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will replace it with an equivalent product or provide a compensation plan depending on the situation.
  4. Policy Updates and Applicability
    We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any updates will be posted on the website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
